Returns

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, jewellery items are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The customer received the wrong product.

  • The product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to shipping issues.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed after the returned item (if required) is inspected.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour selection by the customer

  • Damage caused by customer misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
