Returns
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, jewellery items are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The customer received the wrong product.

The product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to shipping issues.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed after the returned item (if required) is inspected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Incorrect size or colour selection by the customer

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our customer support with your order number and proof of issue (photos or videos if applicable).
